Regular Status Replacement. Where it is necessary to hire a Regular status replacement in a position normally held by another employee who is either on Long Term Disability or who has been sick in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days, and where the sick employee returns to their position within the time frame specified in Article 18.03(a), the following shall apply to the replacement employee:
