Regular Schedules. The standard workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive standard work days of seven (7) hours each and thirty-five (35) hours per week exclusive of lunch period and shall normally be scheduled Monday through Friday, unless it is determined at some future time that the Superior or Juvenile Courts will function on a normal basis of other than Monday through Friday in which case management shall meet with the Union to discuss arrangement of schedules. However, the determination of work schedules and work assignments is vested solely with management.
