Regular, Periodic Reports Clause Samples
The "Regular, Periodic Reports" clause requires one party to provide consistent updates or reports to the other party at specified intervals throughout the duration of an agreement. Typically, this involves submitting written summaries, data, or progress updates—such as monthly sales figures or quarterly project status reports—according to a predetermined schedule. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and keep all parties informed, thereby facilitating oversight, accountability, and timely decision-making.
