Common use of Regular Part Time Status Clause in Contracts

Regular Part Time Status. In order to maintain, or to be considered for regular part-time status, the following requirements must be met: The employee must be available, if required by the Hospital: (a) To work one (1) weekend in two (2) (If weekend work is required in that unit); (b) To work all three tours of duty if required (Will be in effect for nurses hired after October 1, 2001).
