Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee ‌ Is a person who has been assigned appointed to a posted permanent part-time position established by the Employer, and has served a complete probationary period, and who works a specific number of hours less than the normal full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodtime hours of work as specified in clause 13.1.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An Is an employee occupying a position listed in the Schedule "A" attached hereto, who has been assigned to a posted position successfully completed the requirements of the probationary period and who works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodbut not less than half (½) normal full time hours.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee occupying an established position listed in the Wage Schedule attached hereto, who has been assigned to a posted position successfully completed the requirements of the probationary period and who works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodbut not less than one-half (1/2) normal full-time hours.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee Is a person who has been assigned appointed to a posted permanent part-time position established by the Employer, and has served a complete probationary period, and who works a specific number of hours less than the normal full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodtime hours of work as specified in clause 13.1.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary periodperiod and who works less than full-time but more than 14 hours per week.
