Regular information reporting requirements. Contractor shall submit to the Department, or its designee, regular reports and additional information as set forth in this section 5.28 and Attachment XIII. Contractor shall ensure that data received from Providers and included in reports are accurate and complete by: 5.28.1.1.1 verifying the accuracy and timeliness of reported data, including data from Network Providers that Contractor is compensating on the basis of Capitation 5.28.1.1.2 collecting data from Providers in standardized formats to the extent feasible and appropriate, including secure information exchanges and technologies utilized for State Medicaid Quality Improvement and Care Coordination efforts; and 5.28.1.1.3 collecting service information in standardized formats to the extent feasible and appropriate.
