Regular Duties. A. Where possible all regular duties will be assigned equally on a rotating basis to all bargaining unit members within a building, except for guidance counselors, school psychologists, and as otherwise provided in Article XVII, Section A second paragraph and Section B. B. Teachers assigned to grades seven through twelve, who travel between buildings, will not be assigned homeroom duty. In the event the monthly faculty meeting has to be re- scheduled, the Principal will provide five (5) calendar days notice of the re-scheduled date. C. Regular duties are those duties that occur regularly and are ancillary or supportive of the administration of the school day, but not inclusive of the seven (7) student periods daily at the secondary level or during student instructional periods at the elementary level. D. The E.E.A. member(s) who serve as President or Co-Presidents of the Easton Educators’ Association shall not be assigned regular duties.
