Regular Calibrations Sample Clauses

Regular Calibrations. The City, at the County's expense, shall calibrate, with certified calibration procedures, its flow meter on a quarterly basis for the first year of this Agreement, and thereafter on an annual basis. A calibration report shall be prepared and filed with the County within twenty (20) days of completion of the calibration procedures.
