Common use of Regular Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Regular Base Salary. As compensation for the performance of the Executive’s services hereunder, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual salary (the “Regular Base Salary”) of $304,500 (less deductions required by law) payable in arrears in accordance with the Company’s payroll policy as the same may be modified by the Company from time to time. So long as this Agreement is in effect, the Regular Base Salary shall be subject to annual review, but shall not be reduced below $304,500.
