Regular Apprentices Clause Samples
The 'Regular Apprentices' clause defines the terms and conditions under which apprentices are engaged and trained within an organization. It typically outlines eligibility criteria, duration of apprenticeship, the nature of training provided, and the rights and obligations of both the apprentice and the employer. For example, it may specify that apprentices must be of a certain age, follow a structured training program, and receive a stipend. The core function of this clause is to ensure that apprenticeship arrangements are standardized and compliant with relevant laws, thereby protecting both parties and facilitating effective skill development.
