Common use of Registry Clause in Contracts

Registry. (a) in case of securities (shares) – securities registrar envisaged by the Legislation (and/or in cases envisaged by the Legislation - respective authorized Person envisaged by the Legislation), (b) in case of air liners and sea vehicles – Integrated Transport Administration of the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia (and/or in the cases provided for by the Legislation - respective authorized Person, (c) in case of mechanical transport and support technology - Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, (d) in other cases – National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, or a Person with respective authority envisaged by the Legislation;
