Common use of Registrations with the International Registry Clause in Contracts

Registrations with the International Registry. Each of the parties hereto consents to the registration with the International Registry of the International Interest with respect to the Trust Indenture and the Mortgagee covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by Owner in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including becoming a transactional user entity with the International Registry and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Operative Agreements.

Registrations with the International Registry.
