Common use of Registration Statement Form Clause in Contracts

Registration Statement Form. Registrations under this Section 2 shall be on such appropriate form of Registration Statement of the Commission as shall be selected by the Company and available to it under the Securities Act. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities Act.

Registration Statement Form. Registrations under this Section 2 shall be on such appropriate registration form of Registration Statement of the Commission (i) as shall be selected by the Company and available as shall be reasonably acceptable to it under the Holders holding a majority of Registrable Securities Act. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which, requesting participation in the opinion Demand Registration and (ii) as shall permit the disposition of counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under Registrable Securities in accordance with the Securities Actintended method or methods of disposition specified in the applicable Holders' requests for such registration.

Registration Statement Form. Registrations under this Section 2 2.1 shall be on such appropriate registration form of Registration Statement of the Commission (i) as shall be selected by the Company and available to it under (ii) as shall permit the disposition of such Registrable Securities Actin accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in their request for such registration (other than an underwritten offering). The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion which holders of counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Registrable Securities Actbeing registered shall reasonably request.

Registrations under this Section 2 shall be on such appropriate Registration form of Registration Statement of the Commission as shall be selected by the Company and available to it under the Securities Act. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the Selling Holders and counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities Act.

Registrations under this Section 2 2.1 shall be on such appropriate registration form of Registration Statement or prospectus of the Commission (i) as shall be selected by the Company and available to it under the Securities Act. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Company, is required Holders of more than 50% (by number of shares) of the Call Securities so to be included therein under registered and (ii) as shall permit the disposition of such Call Securities Actin accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in their request for such registration.

The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion which Holders of counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Registrable Securities Actbeing registered shall reasonably request.

The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the holders of Registrable Securities and counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities Actincluded.

Registrations under this Section 2 Article II shall be on such an appropriate registration form of Registration Statement of the Commission (as hereinafter defined) (i) as shall be selected by the Company and available to it under (ii) as shall permit the disposition of such Registrable Securities Actin accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the request for such registration. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the Company, which Shareholder shall reasonably request and which is required to be included therein under the Securities Acttherein.

Registrations under this Section 2 2.1 shall be on such an appropriate registration form of Registration Statement of the Commission as shall be selected determined by the Company Corporation and available to it under shall permit the disposition of the Registrable Securities Act. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which, accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the opinion of counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities ActLenders' request for such registration.

Registrations under this Section 2 2.1 shall be on such appropriate form of Registration Statement of the Commission as shall be selected by the Company and available as shall be reasonably acceptable to it under the Selling Holders of more than 50% of the Registrable Securities Actso to be registered. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the Selling Holders of Registrable Securities so to be registered and counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities Actincluded.

The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement registration statement all information which, in the opinion of counsel to the Selling Holders, counsel to the underwriters, if any, and counsel to the Company, is required to be included therein under the Securities Actincluded.
