Registration Rights to Others. The Company hereby represents to the holders of Registrable Securities that the rights granted herein do not conflict with the rights, if any, granted to any other holder of securities of the Company. If the Company shall at any time provide to any holder of any securities of the Company rights with respect to the registration of such securities under the Securities Act, such rights shall not be in conflict with any of the rights provided in this Agreement to the holders of Registrable Securities. The Company shall provide to the holders of Registrable Securities copies of any agreements which purport to grant rights with respect to the registration of any of the Company's securities to any holder or prospective holder thereof promptly upon executing the same.
