Registration Rights - Company Registration. (a) If the Company proposes to register (including, for this purpose, a registration effected by the Company for any other stockholders) any of its securities under the Securities Act (other than in an Excluded Registration), the Company shall, at such time, promptly give the Investors notice of such registration. Upon the request of the Investors given within ten (10) Business Days after such notice is given by the Company, the Company shall, subject to the provisions of this Section 5.6, cause to be registered all of the Registrable Securities that the Investors has requested to be included in such registration.
