Common use of Registration of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Registration of Warrants. The Trustee shall keep at the Warrant Agency: (i) a register of Warrantholders in which shall be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses of the holders of Warrants and particulars of the Warrants held by them and (ii) a register of transfers in which all transfers of Warrants and the date and other particulars of each transfer shall be entered. Branch registers shall also be kept at such other place or places, if any, as the Corporation, with the approval of the Trustee, may designate. Such registers will at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Corporation and/or any Warrantholder.
