Common use of Registration of Sublimits Clause in Contracts

Registration of Sublimits. For the purpose of meeting Bank’s obligations to report exposures, the amounts which have not been allocated as Sublimits under the relevant Credit Facility Agreement shall be registered with the Main Borrower.
