Registration Form. The Artist must fill out and submit the Registration Form on the website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/registration/ (the “Registration Form”). The Artist stipulates and guarantees that the Registration Form has been accurately completed and the Artist is not acting as an agent for any other person or entity. Spaces may be shared, provided each additional Artist is noted in the Registration Form (under "List of Artists Sharing Table")
