REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION. 2.1 An application to become a User (“Applicant”) must be made by the completion and submission of a Registration Form (“Application”), through which the Applicant accepts that it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the terms of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and confirm his/her PEP status.
