Registration Accuracy. The meters shall meet the following requirements for accuracy when tested with potable water at a minimum temperature of 80˚F. At any rate of flow within the normal test flow limits the meters shall register not less than 98.5% and not more than 101.5% of the water actually passed through the meter. At the minimum test flow rate the meters shall register not less than 95% and not more than 101% of the water actually passed through the meter.
