Registered Notes. (A) Payments of principal (which for the purposes of this Condition 7(b)(ii) shall include final Instalment Amounts but not other Instalment Amounts) in respect of Registered Notes will be made to the persons shown on the Register (i) where in global form, at the close of the business day (being for this purpose, in respect of Notes clearing through Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, a day on which Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg are open for business, and in respect of Notes clearing through CMU, a day on which CMU is open for business) before the relevant due date, and (ii) where in definitive form, at the close of business (x) in the case of a currency other than Renminbi, on the fifteenth day before the due date for payment thereof or
