Registered Notes in definitive form. Unless the relevant Dealer purchased such Note for its own account, such Dealer will deliver such Note (with confirmation) to the customer against payment in immediately payable funds. Such Dealer will obtain the acknowledgment of receipt of such Note. If the relevant Dealer purchased such Note for its own account, such Dealer will accept delivery of such Note against payment in immediately available funds, and will deliver an acknowledgement of receipt of such Note.
