Common use of Registered Holders Clause in Contracts

Registered Holders. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture, the registered Holder of a Note shall be treated as the owner thereof for all purposes, and no transfer of a Note shall be effective unless entered in the register kept by the Registrar pursuant to Section 2.03.
