Registered Agent and Office. The registered agent and the registered office shall be as stated in the Articles of Organization filed with the Louisiana Secretary of State. The Member may change the registered agent or registered office by appropriate filings with the Secretary of State. In the event the registered agent ceases to act as such or the registered office changes, the Member shall promptly designate a new registered agent or file a notice of change of registered office, as the case may be.
