REGISTERED ACCESSIBILITY SPECIALIST SERVICES Clause Samples

The 'Registered Accessibility Specialist Services' clause defines the requirement for engaging a professional who is certified to assess and ensure compliance with accessibility standards, such as those mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or local building codes. This clause typically outlines the scope of services the specialist will provide, which may include reviewing plans, inspecting construction, and issuing reports or certifications regarding accessibility features. Its core function is to ensure that the project meets all legal accessibility requirements, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential legal challenges.
