Common use of Registerable Securities Clause in Contracts

Registerable Securities. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Registerable Securities" shall mean (i) any shares of Common Stock owned by any Stockholder and issued pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement and (ii) any shares of Common Stock issued or issuable with respect to the shares of Common Stock described in (i) above, by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganizations.

Registerable Securities. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Registerable Securities" shall mean (i) any and all shares of Common Stock owned by any Stockholder the Stockholders and issued pursuant to in connection with the Mergers contemplated by the Acquisition Agreement and (ii) any shares of Common Stock issued or issuable with respect to the shares of Common Stock described in (i) above, by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganizations.
