Regional Servers Sample Clauses

The 'Regional Servers' clause defines the requirement for data, services, or operations to be managed or hosted on servers located within specific geographic regions. In practice, this clause may stipulate that all user data must be stored on servers physically situated in a particular country or region, or that certain services are only accessible through designated regional infrastructure. Regional Servers. Your use of the Software may require an internet connection to our servers to complete certain operations. We may provide you with an option to limit the geographical location or region of our servers to which your instance of the Software will connect. Where you choose to make use of this option, the data shared with us will only be stored on computers and servers physically situated within the selected location or region. This does not provide any additional warranty or guarantee in relation to the security of any transfers of data. We may remove this option at any time, and will provide you with advance notice if this may affect your use of the Software.
Regional Servers. You may provide, maintain and manage regional servers at sites determined by you which are to be geographically dispersed and co-located at our network hub sites; such equipment is limited to that which may only be installed in one standard 19" rack per site ("Regional Servers"). You shall provide, maintain and manage diagnostic equipment, connection equipment that you may use to connect to us and associated analog phone lines which you may use to manage your Regional Servers. In addition, you shall provide the electric power cables and the equipment connection cables for the equipment you provide, including those cables, required to connect your equipment to our network equipment. You also agree to comply with all safety requirements at each site. Each Regional Server will be EtherNet connected to our network. Neither we nor any other customer of ours shall use your Regional Servers for any purpose except to support Prodigy Classic and Prodigy Internet. We shall provide you with access to our sites for purposes of maintaining, upgrading and servicing these Regional Servers at no additional cost to you. You are responsible for separately procuring from us the upstream connection from the Regional Server. The upstream connection is defined as the network facilities used to transport traffic from the Regional Server to locations other than the source dial node (such as Yorktown or the Internet). Cost for such services will be as provided in Section 6.5.2 section 2 of this Agreement The Regional Servers will not be included in the service level objectives, as provided in Section 6.2.

Regional Servers. Prodigy may provide, maintain and manage regional ----- ----------------- servers at sites determined by Prodigy, which are to be geographically dispersed and co-located at McLeodUSA network hub sites ("Regional Servers"). Such equipment is limited to that which may be installed in a standard 19" rack per site. Prodigy shall provide, maintain and manage diagnostic equipment, connection equipment that Prodigy may use to connect to McLeodUSA and associated analog phone lines which Prodigy may use to manage Prodigy's Regional Servers. In addition, Prodigy shall provide the electric power cables and the equipment connection cables for the equipment Prodigy provides, including those cables, required to connect Prodigy's equipment to McLeodUSA network equipment. Prodigy also agrees to comply with all safety requirements at each site. Each Regional Server will be Ethernet connected to the McLeodUSA network. Neither McLeodUSA nor any other McLeodUSA customer shall use Prodigy's Regional Servers for any purpose except to support Prodigy's End Users. McLeodUSA shall provide Prodigy with access to McLeodUSA sites for the purpose of maintaining, upgrading and servicing these Regional Servers at no additional cost to Prodigy.   • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties: (a) Corporate actions (including inter alia, odd lot buy backs, exchanges, mergers, redemptions, subscriptions, capital reorganization, coordination of post-merger services and special meetings).
