Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 15 in the case of a Third Party Service Provider, in the event that AAA or another arbitration forum, if applicable, is unwilling to accept jurisdiction of any matter described in this Section 15.5, then such matter shall be decided pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions of any other agreement then in effect between the Third Party Service Provider and Altruist, including without limitation an Information Services Agreement.
