Refundable Deposit. On signing of this agreement, you are required to pay to us, 10% of the “Total Price of the Hardware and Professional Services” as detailed in Schedule 1. This deposit is fully re- fundable upon termination of this agreement in accordance to its terms and the return of the hardware equipment in reasonable working order.
