REFUND OF ANNUAL PRACTISING CERTIFICATE. 16.1 The annual cost of the Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of New Zealand shall be refunded by Plunket to all registered nurses requiring an annual practising certificate in order to be employed, upon sighting of the Annual Practising Certificate by the Clinical Services Manager/Regional Operations Manager.
