PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION FEES‌ Where an employee is required by law to hold an annual practising certificate, licence or equivalent under HPCAA in order to practise that profession or trade with the employer, the cost of the certificate, licence or equivalent shall be refunded to the employee.
