REFUND OF ANNUAL PRACTISING CERTIFICATE. PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION FEES‌ Where an employee is required by law to hold an annual practising certificate, licence or equivalent under HPCAA in order to practise that profession or trade with the employer, the cost of the certificate, licence or equivalent shall be refunded to the employee. The employer shall reimburse to employees the annual membership fee of at relevant professional organization to the value of up to $500 per annum on production of receipts.
