REFUND INFORMATION. The student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid trough attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is the later but not including the registration fee of $100.00 and book fee $50. A student may not cancel by telephoning the school or not attending the class. After the end of cancellation period, the student also has the right to stop school at any time; and has the right to receive a pro rata refund if the student has completed 60 percent or less of the program less the registration fee, cost of book(s) and uniform. The refund is to be paid within 45 days after the cancellation date. The amount owed equals the daily charge for the program (total institutional charge, divided by the number of days or hours in the program), multiplied by the number of days the student attended, or was scheduled to attend, prior to withdraw. If the school cancels or discontinues a course or educational program, the school will make a full refund of all charges. Refunds will be paid within 45 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
