Refrain from illegality. The Trustee may refrain from doing anything which in its opinion will or may be contrary to any relevant law, directive, regulation, request or guideline of any jurisdiction which would or might otherwise render it liable to any person, and the Trustee may do anything which is, in its opinion, necessary to comply with any law, directive, regulation, request or guideline.
