Reformulation and Warnings. Commencing ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, and continuing thereafter, AGM agrees to manufacture or distribute for sale in California only Products that are labeled with a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to Section 2.2. AGM and its downstream retailers shall have no obligation to label Products that entered the stream of commerce prior to the Effective Date.
