Common use of Referral Clause in Contracts

Referral. 8.1 Contractor(s)/Employer(s) performing construction work on the Project shall, in filling craft job requirements, utilize and be bound by the registration facilities and referral systems established or authorized by the Unions signatory hereto. The Contractor(s)/Employer(s) shall have the right to reject any applicant referred by the Union(s), in accordance with the applicable Master Agreement.
