References to Applicable Laws. Except as otherwise provided herein, any reference in any Loan Document to Laws shall be construed to be a reference to such Laws as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, enacted, promulgated, amended, reformed or otherwise modified or re-enacted from time to time.
