References in Other Credit Documents. On and after the date hereof, all references to the Existing Credit Agreement in each of the Fundamental Documents shall hereafter mean the Existing Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.
