References, etc. (a) Whenever reference is made in this Agreement to any Article, Section, or paragraph, such reference shall be deemed to apply to the specified Article, Section or paragraph of this Agreement. (b) Wherever reference is made in this Agreement to a Schedule, such reference shall be deemed to apply to the specified Schedule attached hereto, which are incorporated into this Agreement and form a part hereof. All terms defined in this Agreement shall have the same meaning in the Schedules attached hereto. (c) Any form of the word “include” when used herein is not intended to be exclusive (e.g., “including” means “including, without limitation”).
