Common use of REFERENCE TO TARIFFS Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE TO TARIFFS. (A) Whenever reference is made in these terms and conditions to tariffs of the Telephone Company, the reference is to the tariffs in force as of the effective date of these terms and conditions, and to amendments thereto and successive issues thereof. The regulations, rates and charges contained herein are in addition to the applicable regulations, rates and charges specified in tariffs of the Telephone Company which may be referenced.
