REFERENCING. If applicable, Licensee agrees that Licensor may refer to the corporate name of Licensee as a customer of Licensor, both internally and in externally published media; any additional disclosure by Licensor with respect to Licensee shall be subject to the prior written approval of Licensee.
REFERENCING. Upon request from the Landlord, the Agent will carry out referencing checks on any prospective tenants. This may be carried out by the Agent themselves or through a third party referencing supplier. The Agent will make reasonable endeavours to select good tenants with appropriate references who are capable of meeting the monthly rental payments. However, the Agent will not be responsible where fraudulent or incorrect information has been provided by applicants and the Agent had no reason to believe the information to be fraudulent or incorrect. Where a third party referencing supplier report shows the applicants to be suitable tenants and the Agent has reviewed the report with the Landlord and has no reason to believe that the information is incorrect or has been fraudulently supplied the Agent will not be responsible for any default by the Tenant.

This may be carried out by the Agent themselves or through a third party referencing supplier. However, the Agent will not be responsible where fraudulent or incorrect information has been provided by applicants and the Agent had no reason to believe the information to be fraudulent or incorrect. REFERENCING. Customer agrees that MSP and its Affiliates may refer to Customer as a customer of MSP, both internally and in externally published media. Customer also agrees to instruct appropriate personnel within its organization that Customer has agreed to receive and participate in calls, from time to time, with potential customers of MSP who wish to evaluate the technical specifications of Product.
REFERENCING. Client agrees that VIVE may refer to Client as a client of VIVE, both internally and in externally published media. Client also agrees to instruct appropriate personnel within its organization that Client has agreed to receive and participate in calls from time to time, with potential clients of VIVE who wish to evaluate the technical specifications of the Products.
REFERENCING. Where Curchods is instructed to do so in writing we will where it is possible to do so take up suitable references and/or credit references for your approval. In the event the fee for referencing cannot be charged to the Tenant the Landlord will be liable for this fee. Curchods will instruct an independent approved referencing company to carry out the reference checks. Curchods accepts no liability for the accuracy of the information or any loss the Landlord may suffer as a result of accepting an applicant as a Tenant.
REFERENCING. The Bank may put the Client in contact with third party institutions inside or outside Uruguay (each of them, a “Referenced Institution”). Similarly, the Bank may assist the Client in the reception and transmission of instructions from the Client to a referenced Institution (the “Instructions”), provide the Client with brochures, send correspondence, etc. The Client accepts that the Bank shall only be responsible for using its best efforts in introducing the client to the issuing or selling institution and enabling contact between them. The Bank shall in no case be liable to the Client in the event that the issuing or selling institution refuses to engage in business or effect transactions therewith. The Bank shall act pursuant to the Instructions of the Client and on behalf thereof, and shall not act as representative or agent of the Referenced Institution. The Bank’s employees are not employees of the Referenced Institutions. The Bank shall not be liable for the acceptance and/or processing and/or execution of the Instructions. The sending of account statements and other elements of the relationship between the Client and the Referenced Institution shall be governed by foreign regulations and not by the regulations of Uruguay.
REFERENCING. 3.1 The Supplier shall follow the referencing procedure outlined below at all times. Each item must be viewed as progressive, failure to comply with each item, in order shown, shall result in rejection of a potential assignee to the Contract. All Contract Personnel shall be fully referenced by the Supplier for a period of 3 years in writing.

Client also agrees to instruct appropriate personnel within its organization that Client has agreed to receive and participate in calls, from time to time, with potential Clients of LOYALITY who wish to evaluate the technical specifications of Product.
REFERENCING. Client agrees that MID and any Affiliates of MID may refer to Client as a Client of MID, both internally and in externally-published media, to include (but not be limited to) use of Client name, logo, and the fact of the relationship in promotional materials, although Client may cancel the above-described referencing rights on thirty (30) days-notice to MID. Client also agrees to instruct appropriate personnel within its organization that Client has agreed to receive and participate in calls, from time to time, with potential Clients of MID who wish to evaluate the technical specifications of Product.
