Reference to Agreement Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to Contract The contract number MUST appear on all invoices, packing lists, packages, and correspondence pertaining to the contract. If the number is not provided, the Department is not obligated to pay the invoice.
Adherence to Law Each party shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances applicable to this agreement.
Reference to Adviser and Subadviser (a) Neither the Adviser nor any Affiliate or agent of the Adviser shall make reference to or use the name of Subadviser or any of its Affiliates, or any of their clients, except references concerning the identity of and services provided by the Subadviser to the Fund, which references shall not differ in substance from those included in the Prospectus and this Agreement, in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior approval of Subadviser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Adviser hereby agrees to make all reasonable efforts to cause the Fund and any Affiliate thereof to satisfy the foregoing obligation. (b) Neither the Subadviser nor any Affiliate or agent of it shall make reference to or use the name of the Adviser or any of its Affiliates, or any of their clients, except references concerning the identity of and services provided by the Adviser to the Fund or to the Subadviser, which references shall not differ in substance from those included in the Prospectus and this Agreement, in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior approval of Adviser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Adherence to Standards For purposes of clarity, consistency, and ease of understanding, the State, as an acquiring agency of private property for public use, has adopted standards and formats for right-of-way mapping which have proven to facilitate the processes of negotiation, appraisal, relocation assistance, and condemnation. The Engineer’s Surveyor shall adhere to these standards and formats to every extent possible to ensure that the needs of the State are met.
