Reference Program Clause Samples
Reference Program. Unless you send us a notice in accordance with Section 13.10, Sage (or any company within the Sage Group Plc group of companies) may reference the relationship established by this Agreement by including your company name, and/or trade mark(s) and/or logo(s):
13.11.1 in its list of customers on Sage corporate websites or printed materials;
13.11.2 in communications presenting Sage and its product and services to existing and prospective clients;
13.11.3 in press releases (including in a ‘customer win’ release which is an announcement about Sage new clients and in Sage case studies (written or video) which may include a mutually agreeable quote or testimonial from one of your executives. Sage press releases and case studies may be published on Sage corporate websites.
Reference Program. If Customer or a Household User volunteers any quotes or statements about Customer’s experience with the NuraNow Program, Nura may, at its option, use such quotes and statements in connection with its sales and marketing activities.

If at any time you do not want Sage to use your company name and/or trade mark(s) and/or logo(s) in the ways described above please let Sage know by sending an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or by contacting your usual Sage representative. Sage will remove any reference to your company name and/or trade mark(s) and/or logo(s) as soon as reasonably possibly, however, you acknowledge that it may take a short while to process your request and that some former publications of your company name and/or trade mark(s) and/or logo(s) may still be publicly available. Reference Program. Customer grants Numurus the right to use its name, logo, and a description of its use case to refer to it on Numurus’ website, earnings release and calls, marketing or promotional materials, subject to Customer’s standard trademark usage guidelines that Customer provides to Numurus from time-to-time. Customer may opt out of the foregoing right upon 30 days’ written notice to Numurus.
Reference Program. Customer grants Beezy the right to use its name, logo, and a description of its use case to refer to it on Beezy’s website, earnings release and calls, marketing or promotional materials, subject to Customer’s standard trademark usage guidelines that Customer provides to Beezy from time-to-time. Customer may opt out of the foregoing right upon 30 days’ written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇.
Reference Program. (a) The Trustee acknowledges that:
(i) the Reference Program will be used for reporting purposes to monitor the progress of the carrying out of the Works for the Extension; and
(ii) the Reference Program does not bind the Project Manager and meeting any timeframes or milestones specified in the Reference Program is not (in itself) an obligation under this Agreement.
(b) Within ten Business Days after the date of a variation to the Scope of Works and/or the Target Available Date for a Segment under clause 7, clause 9 or this clause 10, the Project Manager must:
(i) revise the Reference Program to the extent necessary as a result of the variation to the Scope of Works and/or the Target Available Date (as applicable) for the Segment; and
(ii) provide the revised Reference Program to the Trustee, the Independent Engineer and the PUH Engineer.
(c) If the Project Manager revises the Reference Program under clause 10.8(b), the revised Reference Program will take effect on the date it is provided to the Trustee. 11 Time event For the avoidance of doubt, where under this Agreement:
(a) the Project Manager is permitted or required to propose;
(b) the Independent Engineer is required to form an opinion in relation to; and/or
(c) an Expert is required to determine, a variation to the Target Available Date for a Segment (in the case of the Independent Engineer which is a variation proposed by the Project Manager) which is reasonable as a result of an event or circumstance (Target Available Date Adjustment Trigger), for the purpose of such proposal, opinion or determination (as applicable), the Project Manager, Independent Engineer or Expert (as applicable) must have regard to:
(d) the period of the delay to the carrying out of the relevant Works for that Segment as a result of that Target Available Date Adjustment Trigger; and
(e) any previous occurrence of a Target Available Date Adjustment Trigger which has not previously resulted in a variation to the Target Available Date for that Segment.
Reference Program. (a) The Customer acknowledges that:
(i) the Reference Program will be used for reporting purposes to monitor the progress of the carrying out of the Works for the Extension; and
(ii) the Reference Program does not bind QR Network and meeting any timeframes or milestones specified in the Reference Program is not (in itself) an obligation under this Agreement.
(b) Within 10 Business Days after a variation to the Scope of Works and/or the Target Available Date for a Customer’s Segment under clauses 4 or 5, QR Network must:
(i) revise the Reference Program to the extent necessary as a result of the variation to the Scope of Works and/or the Target Available Date (as applicable) for the Customer’s Segment; and
(ii) provide the revised Reference Program to the Customer and each Other Customer.
(c) If QR Network revises the Reference Program under clause 5.8(b), the revised Reference Program will take effect on the date it is provided to the Customer and each Other Customer.
Reference Program. Customer agrees to be available, on a reasonable basis, as a product reference and to issue a mutually agreeable joint press release following the execution of this Agreement. Customer agrees that CG2 may use Customer’s name on iTPM and CG2 customer lists.
