Reference Materials. BTG shall provide Savient with any physical, chemical or biological material that is otherwise unavailable, which is to be used as a reference standard in the testing of Bulk Product, ingredients or raw materials. Such physical, chemical or biological material shall be provided to Savient at cost plus 50% (fifty percent). Payments due by Savient under this Section 4.03 shall be payable by Savient no later than forty-five (45) days after the invoice date.
