Reference Inquiries. Employee should instruct any prospective employers to direct their reference inquiries to the Human Resources Department. In the event the Human Resources Department receives any inquiries from prospective employers, the Human Resources Department will respond by advising that the Company’s policy is to provide information only as to service dates and positions held and by providing such information.
