Reference Documentation Form. (Required) a. Experience with large complexes, such as the Orange County Courthouse, Convention Center, and Corrections Department. b. Demonstrate experience with multiple concurrent project over multiple geographical locations. c. Demonstrate experience working in high security locations such as the Orange County Courthouse or Orange County Corrections facilities. d. At least one reference shall be for an ongoing HVAC service contract for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.
