References shall be for work substantially similar in scope and magnitude satisfactorily completed and shall validate the following capabilities and experience: 1. Experience providing wetland and ponds maintenance on sites of at minimum 70 acres in size 2. Experience treating artificial wetlands that are part of the treatment stream of FDEP permitted Wastewater Treatment facility.
