Reference Banks. Leading banks selected by the Trust Administrator and engaged in transactions in Eurodollar deposits in the international Eurocurrency market (1) with an established place of business in London, (2) whose quotations appear on the Reuters Screen LIBO Page on the Determination Date in question, (3) which have been designated as such by the Trust Administrator and (4) not controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Administrator, the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Seller or any successor servicer. REIT: A real estate investment trust within the meaning of section 856 of the Code.
