Redemption Proceeds. Notwithstanding anything in Section 4.8 or Section 4.9 to the contrary, no proceeds shall be delivered to a Person to whom the delivery of such proceeds would violate applicable law, and in such case and in lieu thereof, the proceeds shall be delivered to a segregated and blocked account maintained by the Company for the eventual benefit of such Person upon the payment or delivery of such proceeds to such Person ceasing to violate applicable law, if such point occurs.
