Common use of Redemption Prices Clause in Contracts

Redemption Prices. The Company may not redeem the Notes prior to January 5, 1999. At any time on or after January 5, 1999, the Company may, at its option, redeem all or from time to time any part of the Notes on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.2, and at the optional redemption prices set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A hereto, together with accrued interest to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption.

Redemption Prices. The Company may not redeem the Notes prior to January 5August ___, 19992000. At any time on On or after January 5, 1999that date, the Company may, at its option, redeem all or from time to time any part of the Notes on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.23.3, and at the optional redemption prices set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A hereto, applicable Redemption Price together with accrued interest to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption; provided that any semi-annual payment of interest becoming due on the date fixed for redemption shall be payable to the holders of such Notes registered on the relevant record date.
