Common use of REDEMPTION OF PRIOR SECURITY Clause in Contracts

REDEMPTION OF PRIOR SECURITY. The Security Agent or any Receiver may, at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which is continuing, redeem any prior Security on or relating to any of the Charged Property or procure the transfer of that Security to itself, and may settle and pass the accounts of any person entitled to that prior Security. Any account so settled and passed shall (subject to any manifest error) be conclusive and binding on the Chargor. The Chargor will on demand pay to the Security Agent all principal monies and interest and all losses incidental to any such redemption or transfer.
